1. Introduction
The company MP House, as, with registered office at Prague 4, Branická 514/140, postal code: 147 00, Identification Number: 28218221, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 6493 (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator" is the operator or co-sponsor of a number of Internet servers. The server is always listed below in these Terms of Service (the "Terms").
2. Service description
These Terms govern the rights and obligations of the Operator and Users of the Services listed below when registering under the Internet or Telecommunication Interface. Under the Terms, it is not decisive whether the user has logged on to the server via an Internet or telecommunication interface.
3. Server list

4. Rights and obligations of the parties
4.1. For the full use of the Server services, the user is interested in creating a user account and using it under these specified conditions as well as under the special conditions for the use of the individual Servers.
4.2. The user account consists of a username and password.
4.3. The user is required to enter the data required by the Operator within the registration.
5. Consequences of breach of the User's obligations
5.1. The Operator reserves the right to delete User Accounts whose username is causing offense and / or is in violation of Good Manners or Public Order or the Rights of the Operator and / or the third parts, even without prior notice of redress and without compensation. Special conditions for Servers may provide for additional user account deletion privileges.
5.2. The Operator also reserves the right to delete Users' User Accounts that violate the Terms and / or the Terms of Service of each Server and / or applicable law, good morals, public order or the rights of the Operator and / or third parties.
6. Processing of personal data
6.1. An operator shall process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Statement of Privacy) and associated local law.
6.2. To register a User on Servers, the Operator is authorized to process User's personal data or personal data provided or entered by the User upon registration (especially address data).
6.3. Such processing of personal data is legal as it is necessary to make a contract under which the Operator provides a server registration service and the User is the part what should be the subject of personal data.
6.4. In specific cases, the Operator may process personal data beyond the scope of Article 6.2. and 6.3 of the Terms and Conditions for the purpose of protecting the legitimate interests of the Operator or third parts (for example interest in the safe operation of the Service) in accordance with the legal requirements for the processing of personal data.
6.5. When a User forward or forwarded to the Operator personal data of other persons, the User is obliged to inform such persons about the processing of personal data and ensure the lawfulness of the processing of personal data. Otherwise, the User is liable to the Operator for damages.
7. Supplementary Terms and Conditions
7.1. The Site may have additional Terms and Conditions that are an integral part of their offering to the Subscriber, and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Such Terms and Conditions as listed at the site will in no way invalidate any of the Terms and Conditions listed here.
7.2. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of Czech Republic applicable to contracts negotiated, executed, and wholly performed within said Country. Disputes arising hereunder shall be settled in Czech Republic.
8. Final provisions
8.1. Individual Terms of Service will also apply to the provision of services to individual Servers. The terms and conditions of the individual Servers have priority over the provisions of these Terms.
8.2. The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions unilaterally, in particular when changing the legislation, technical changes of servers or services on Servers or in the event of a change in the Operational, Organizational or Business Processes of the Operator. The user hereby accepts these terms and conditions.
